Giggles and Wiggles

Jenna is enrolled in a class through the local Recreation Center, Giggles and Wiggles. They meet once a week for 45 minutes. They do music and movement activities, crafts, play time and stories. Today was our third class and she really seems to be enjoying it.

Snow Day

It finally snowed in Martinsburg. Well it might be the second time this Winter. We were planning on going to Anna's to play today but I decided to stay home just in case the weather got worse. It stopped snowing at 10:30. And we only had , maybe an inch. Jenna and I decided to go play in our inch of snow.

Jenna's First Haircut

You wouldn't think something as simple as a haircut would make me so nervous. Mike has been bugging me for a few months about getting Jenna's haircut. I have been putting it off by telling him she will keep bows and clips in and that will push her hair out of her eyes but of course that only lasts about an hour until she realizes it is in there. So I finally decided to it was time. I told Megan (my hairstylist) that it might not be pretty but to my amazement she didn't make a sound or move the whole time (it took less than 5 minutes). So I introduce you to the new and improved hairstyle:

Cheer Competition

On Saturday we went to the University of Maryland to watch my niece, Haleigh perfom in her Cheerleading Competiton. Haleigh and her team did a great job. Jenna had a blast (as you will see in the video) watching all the teams perform and eating popcorn, her new favorite snack.

I'm a Blogger

I can't believe I'm a Blogger. I have a few friends that blog and I love looking at their blogs, all the great pictures of the kids, andI keep thinking what a great way to share with family and friends about your life. So after weeks of debating what to do...I have become a blogger. A few of my friends said, it is a great way to keep track of Jenna's milestones (yes she will be the star of this blog). So I figured I needed to start this blog with pictures of the Star!
